Essential to the success of Cub Scout™ programs, Cubmasters provide leadership and mentoring to Scouts and adult volunteers in their pack. These dedicated and spirited volunteers plan meetings, organize activities, promote rank advancement, and present awards, such as the Arrow of Light® and Webelos® designation, to young boys as they progress in Scouting®. Passing on their knowledge of Scouting and their enthusiasm for achievement, their influence helps shape the character of all the boys in their pack. This coin salutes the contribution these adults make to Cub Scouts.

This coin is minted in a proprietary brass alloy, given an antique finish and is selectively imbued with durable high-gloss enamel. The reverse has an area that is ready for engraving. This coin comes packaged in a polybag with a header card.
