Sea Scout™ Coin

For more than 90 years, Sea Scouts have pursued excitement and adventure on the open water while serving the community. Demonstrating a talent for leadership and organization, these dedicated individuals fill positions of authority, such as Crew Leader, Boatswain, Yeoman, and Purser, on the ships they sail. As they plan and coordinate water-based activities for their units and participate in rigorous nautical training, Sea Scouts master new skills and grow as leaders.

This coin salutes all members of the Sea Scouts. The obverse features the Sea Scouts emblem. The reverse features a space for engraving. Struck in a brass alloy and brushed with an antique finish, both sides of this coin are accented with rich enamel highlights. Each coin comes packaged with a header card that describes the Sea Scouts program in exciting detail.
